How It Works

Scan

3D scanning of your part — motorcycle, car, or other vehicle, or any other medium-to-large object. Alternatively, your own existing scan can be used.

Optimization

Optimization of the mesh (model) for maximum precision.

Design

Modeling a new aero part, or reconstructing a damaged one for an OEM-quality fit.

04

Fitment Test

Print a trial part to verify fit and refine any corrections.

05

Final Print

Fabrication of the final part — on my own printer or through a professional 3D printing service.

Other Services

Composite Molds

Design and 3D-printed molds for fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other composite parts.

Part Replication

Rebuild broken, lost, or discontinued parts from whatever remains of the original.
